How long does case processing take?

Most cases are processed within a few hours of being submitted. High-volume periods may take longer.

My case shows FAILED — what happened?

This usually means the case wasn't found in the court's system, or there was a temporary connection issue. Contact support and we'll investigate.

I can't find a case by name or number.

Coverage depends on which courts have been set up. Currently supported: DeKalb County (Superior + State), Gwinnett County (Superior + State), and Henry County (Superior + State). More counties coming soon.

Is this service affiliated with the courts?

No. Court Case Alert is an independent service. Official records are maintained by the county clerk — contact the court directly for official corrections.
